This Policy describes what personal data Innovative Security Systems - ISS LLP (BIN 240740014658, the Company) receives from visitors of this site, why it uses that data and how it protects it. Processing follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Personal Data and Its Protection of 21 May 2013 No. 94-V.

02 What data we process
The Company processes only the data you provide yourself:
- your first and last name, if you include them in your message;
- phone number, email address, messenger account;
- company name and job title, if stated in the letter;
- the content of your message and of our correspondence.
The site requires no registration and asks for no identity document data, payment details or information belonging to special categories of personal data.
03 Why we use the data
- to answer your message and discuss terms of work;
- to prepare a quote, a contract or an invoice;
- to provide technical support for our products;
- to meet the requirements of Kazakh law.
We do not use the contacts we receive for bulk mailings, and we neither buy nor sell contact databases.
04 Legal basis
The basis is your consent, given by voluntarily sending a message to the contacts listed on the site, and the performance of a contract to which you are a party. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@iss-control.kz.
05 Transfer to third parties
The Company does not pass personal data to third parties, except where this is needed to perform a contract with you or is directly required by Kazakh law at the request of authorised state bodies.
Messages sent by email or through a messenger pass through the infrastructure of the relevant operators and services. Their processing is governed by the policies of those services.
06 Cookies and technical data
The site is static and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages may be recorded in hosting service logs and is used only to keep the site running and secure.
07 Retention periods
We keep correspondence for up to three years from the last contact, and documents for concluded contracts for the period set by accounting and archival law. After that the data is deleted.
08 Data protection
Only employees who need it for their work have access to incoming messages. Data travels over a secure connection, and work accounts are protected by passwords and two-factor authentication.
09 Your rights
You have the right to:
- learn what data about you we hold;
- demand its correction, blocking or deletion;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- appeal our actions to the authorised personal data protection body.
We answer within the period set by Kazakh law.
10 Changes to this policy
The Company may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes take effect when published.
